This one works a little differently from the plans above: you don't choose it here. Pick a tournament competition in the pool builder and the Novice tier is applied for you, because a tournament runs on its own template's rules — the format, matchdays, and scoring come from the competition rather than from settings you configure. It isn't available for season, survivor, or head-to-head pools.
